SWEET LIP WITH CABBAGE SALAD

Do sweet lips have sweet lips? I doubt it. Until I suck on a sweet lip’s lips, I won’t know for sure, but I doubt it. Sweet lips are also called red-throated emperors - and I can definitely see a red stripe. Well, pinkish. And not really on their throats - but near enough. Anyway, a lovely fish served on a bed of cabbage salad from a recipe by Australian food guru Stephanie Alexander.
