TUNA WITH BABY SPINACH, PUMPKIN PUREE AND CAPSICUM

A cumin-crusted fillet of wonderfully fresh yellowfin tuna on the softest pumpkin purée and barely wilted baby spinach leaves. I could feel it doing me good with every mouthful.
