CAPE GRIM ANGUS RIB FILLET WITH MASH & WATERCRESS

Grim by name, not nature. Brilliantly marbled, textured and flavoured Angus beef from Tasmania. Big boofy watercress from the Tweed Valley. Rich buttery nicola potato mash. All I had to do was introduce them to each other. Menage a trois magic.
