SMOKED DUCK SALAD WITH PINEAPPLE & STAR ANISE CHUTNEY

Smoky, spicy, sweet - a whole bunch of tastes come together here. An Asian-inspired salad of laksa leaves and cabbage with a ginger and sesame dressing. Smoked breasts of duck and a chutney of sweet Queensland pineapples livened up with star anise and a lot of fresh ginger.
