Reef is the name of a fishmonger in the Ferry Road Markets in Southport. They sell Moreton Bay bug meat out of the shell. Handy. If I'm not going to barbecue the bugs in the shell, this is how I often buy them. The crunch of the risotto cake works well with the softness of the bugs. There's a family nearby growing extraordinary basil (which they sell at the weekly Palm Beach Currumbin markets - along with watercress, baby bok choy, spinach and other things coloured green).
